How do I change the subscription model?

It may be that you want to change or upgrade your subscription, you can do this very easily. First go to the dashboard overview, then go to 'My Tribes' on the left side of the dashboard. When you are here, you will see 'Subscription' at the top under the tribe name. Click on it, here you can easily change the subscription.


Cancelling: how do I cancel the subscription?

Terminating a subscription/tribe is easy to do. You do this by simply deleting the tribe. Please follow the next steps:

  • First, go to the dashboard overview. 
  • Then click on 'My Tribes' on the left side of the dashboard’. 
  • Go to the tribe you want to unsubscribe from. When you click on this link and you are in the tribe you can click 'Delete tribe' under the name of the tribe. Click here and confirm that you have deleted the tribe. 

By following these steps you have deleted the tribe and your subscription has been cancelled.. 


Can I change the data on the invoice?

You can change some of the data on the invoice. Think of the company name, KVK number and other important data. You can do this by following these steps:

  1. Log in to LikeTribe and go to the dashboard 
  2. Click on the "Settings" button on the bottom left”
  3. Under the title Subscriptions, click on the section "Invoices”
  4. Scroll down a little, here you can change the data of the invoices
